Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your progress is saved on your iPhone.
Does Tribe Rush work offline?
Yes. The whole game plays without a connection. Only the ad you can watch for a free life needs one.
How do lives work?
You have up to five lives. A run only costs a life when you lose it, and your first few runs cost nothing. Lives come back one every 20 minutes, even while the game is closed. When you are out, you can wait, or watch a short ad for one more.
How do I unlock the next age?
Beat the boss of the age before it and bank enough score. The camp shows what the next age still needs.
What does Ascend do?
Once you have cleared all six ages, you can ascend and climb again from the Stone Age. The ages lock again and the world gets harder, but every run pays more, your camp training can go higher, and you keep your food and training.
I deleted the game. Can I get my progress back?
We have no copy of your progress, so we cannot restore it. It only comes back if you restore your iPhone from a backup that still contains it. To free up space without losing your progress, offload the game instead of deleting it: Settings › General › iPhone Storage › Tribe Rush › Offload App.
Will my progress move to a new iPhone?
Yes, if you move your data with an iCloud or computer backup, or with Apple’s iPhone-to-iPhone transfer. There is no other way to move it, because your progress exists only on your iPhone.
Why does the game ask to track me?
That prompt comes from Apple. It asks whether the ads you choose to watch may use your iPhone’s advertising identifier. Saying no changes nothing in the game.
How do I change my ad choices?
For tracking, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you can also change your consent choices from the privacy options in the game. The privacy policy explains what each choice does.
How do I report a bug?
Email us with your iPhone model, your iOS version and what happened, and add a screenshot if you can. If you are testing the game through TestFlight, you can also send feedback from the TestFlight app.
Is Tribe Rush on Android or iPad?
Tribe Rush is made for iPhone and needs iOS 17 or later. There is no Android version.
Does Tribe Rush cost anything?
No. Tribe Rush is free, and there is nothing to buy. The only ad is the one you can choose to watch for a free life.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the game to delete your progress from your iPhone. To have the emails you sent us deleted, ask us. For data Google collected through ads, see the privacy policy.
